Tour cancellation policies: 

From the previous night to 6:00 a.m.: free cancellation.

6:00-6:30 a.m.: We have time and are willing to listen to your problems, so both sides can figure out the best way to solve them! Don’t hesitate to reach us!

After 6:30 a.m.: We are already fully prepared for the tour by 6:30 to ensure that our clients have the best experience, so unfortunately, if you cancel the tour after 6:30 you have to be charged 50% of the payment!

OR we’ll consider your booking a reservation, and you can do the tour anytime within 07 days from the day that you cancel!
